📞 1-833-325-2533 ✉ leasing@rfpcrental.comWe welcome domesticated pets including dogs, cats, birds, and fish. Fish tanks must not exceed 10 gallons. Reptiles, rodents, and other non-domesticated animals are not permitted.
Written consent from the landlord is required before bringing any pet onto the property. The landlord reserves the right to deny permission for any reason.
Pets must be kept under control at all times. Excessive noise, property damage, or disturbances to other residents are not permitted. Be a good neighbor!
Please clean up after your pets both inside and outside the rental property. Keeping our community clean makes it better for everyone!
Tenants are responsible for all damages or injuries caused by their pets, including damage to property or injury to persons.
Proof of up-to-date vaccinations and licensing must be provided upon request. All dogs must be registered in the city/county of residence (Mercer or Tazewell Counties) if applicable.
All pet-related complaints will be investigated. The landlord may require removal of the pet if it is determined to be problematic.
Tenants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the landlord from any claims, damages, or lawsuits arising from their pets.

All fees are doubled for oversized pets (40+ lbs). Additional fees may apply per the Lease Agreement.
The following breeds are not permitted:
Dogs NOT on the prohibited list but over 40 lbs may be allowed on a case-by-case basis at the doubled fee rate.
Renters insurance is required to bring a pet onto the property. Proof of coverage must be provided.
Visiting pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pets on the property will result in a fee.
Tenants requesting an ESA as a reasonable accommodation must provide documentation from a licensed physician or mental health provider who is currently treating or has a history of treating the tenant.
